GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

If you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, please raise this first with the Team Leader or Project Manager.

If you are still not satisfied, phone the DOE Customer Service line on 1300 566 046.

You will speak to a DOE Customer Service Officer and this person will endeavour to resolve your concerns quickly, fairly and sensitively.
